         President Donald J. Trump

Out of the darkness of fascist history he emerges – a madman, an incitement, a thermonuclear provocateur.  Vengeance is his instinct.  Stomp on the desperate, the huddled masses, the wretched refuse, the weak, the poor, the besieged.  Lady Liberty is weeping.

The Trumpian Age, a time of chaos and venom.  A Mafia mentality upon the stricken land.

Donald J. Trump, a snakeskin sheen, snake eyes, ready to strike.

Descend into the Swamp of Trump – an unimaginable nightmare, visions of megalomania dance in his head.  The despot babbles at the mouth, driven by avarice and enmity, prejudice and self-aggrandizement, so empty inside, empty eyes, moronic eyes, no soul behind the opaque abyss of his eyes, the hulking sullen presence willing to toss away our nobility and our goodness, our moral core.

Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Barack Obama be damned.  The President who does not read or pity, unending mendacities, stupidities, turning reality on its head.

A surreptitious coup unfolding in his mind:

Apocalyptic visions of a terror strike on our soil, an earthquake, a killer epidemic and the tyrant will seize the moment, he and his henchmen, declare a state of emergency, impose martial law, the militarization of the streets, consolidate full control.

What was so easy, so inherent in our beings, so joyously taken for granted, is no more.  The point of no return.

The flame thrower reigns, firebombs all over the planet.

This is a moment of reckoning in the soul of America.

We the People.  Who and what we are.

Slowly, the guillotine descends on the head of President Donald J. Trump and his nest of traitors.

“Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it and to institute a new government laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its powers in such form.”

Thomas Jefferson

The Declaration of Independence

July 4, 1776

“Our reliance is in the love of liberty which God has planted in us.  Our defense is in the spirit which prized liberty as the heritage of all men, in all lands everywhere.  Destroy this spirit and you have planted the seeds of despotism at your own doors.  Familiarize yourselves with the chains of bondage and you prepare your own limbs to wear them.  Accustomed to trample on the rights of others, you have lost the genius of your own independence and become the fit subjects of the first cunning tyrant who rises among you.”

Abraham Lincoln

Speech, Edwardsville, Illinois

September 11, 1858

“This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it.  Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.”

Abraham Lincoln

First Inaugural Address

March 4, 1861

“When the Know-Nothings get control, it will read, ‘All men are created equal, except Negroes and foreigners and Catholics.’  When it comes to this, I shall prefer migrating to some country where they make no pretense of loving liberty – to Russia, for instance, where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocrisy.”

Abraham Lincoln

Letter to Joshua F. Speed

August 24, 1855

The illegitimate president is crumbling.  We the People reside in revolutionary times.  The revolutionary right belongs to us.  We must put an end to this psychotic presidency – so dangerous.  Everything we believe in is in jeopardy.  Everything we cherish.  The planet earth, the human struggle for justice and mercy and love for one’s fellow man.

Oh, his enormous, crude greed.

We must do everything in our power to remove him, his brainless, puerile finger on the nuclear trigger.
